In my role as the Managing Director, I bear the responsibility and privilege of leading our strategic planning goals. I endeavor to efficiently manage the entire spectrum of our office operations, hand in hand with my esteemed colleagues, collectively known as "The Beachwood Brains Trust." This encompasses the seamless coordination of the home-building journey, commencing at the initial point of customer interaction to the dedicated support provided by our aftercare division, which includes our maintenance and warranty services. My approach to leadership involves maintaining a comprehensive understanding of every facet of our business. Nevertheless, I firmly place my trust in the capable hands of our outstanding A-Grade divisional managers, empowering them to carry out their roles with confidence and make informed, real-time decisions. This collaborative synergy fosters an environment of mutual reliance and shared accountability, which I consider paramount to our continued success. I am committed to leading by example, setting high standards in work ethic and fostering a positive atmosphere within our team. My enthusiasm is ignited when we collaborate effectively to work towards the achievement of both our short-term and long-term objectives.

As the Construction Manager, I hold a pivotal role in our expansive Construction division. We maintain an unwavering commitment to meeting strict delivery timelines, upholding rigorous compliance standards, and consistently delivering homes of unparalleled quality in every build we undertake. One aspect of my role that I find particularly gratifying is the dynamic challenge of staying abreast of evolving construction codes and regulations, as well as adapting to innovative products and installation methods. However the most rewarding and enjoyable facet of my position beyond the momentous occasion of handing over a client's dream home, lies in the mentorship and development of our dedicated site managers. On any given day I may play the role of teacher, counsellor, or motivator, whether assisting them in navigating work-related challenges or simply lifting their spirits on a cold, muddy building site in the heart of winter.
