I would like to congratulate Beachwood Constructions on their fantastic customer service so far. We are nearly ready to go into the build stage. Our customer liaison person, Nicola, has been fantastic. Prompt replies to any query or change that we requested. She is always cheery and helpful on the phone and in person. We couldn’t ask for anything better. I thought this was going to be a nightmare as we have never built before but it has been all smooth sailing so far. Thanks Nicola and team. UPDATED now that we are in our new home. We could not have wished for a better company to build our home. No issues with anything during the build. We had several inspections during the build and we found everything as it should have been and it all looked great. Many thanks to Ryan and his build team. We had several questions throughout the build and they were always answered promptly and courteously by our Customer Support Co-ordinator, Tara or by the site co-ordinator Ryan. Handover date was on time. I've heard some horror stories of other building companies and we are so happy we chose Beachwood to build own home. Site supervisor was very particular about every little thing and made sure that everything was spot on! A few concrete blocks were found on our property after we moved in and we contacted the aftercare team and they were removed within 2 days. We couldn't be happier and if we ever build another house I would definitely would choose Beachwood to build again and would recommend them to anyone. Well done Beachwood Homes!
